Variable speed foot control is stageless for precise speed control. Handpiece chuck is easily removable from micromotor for autoclaving. Autoclavable micromotor housing available at extra cost. Fraize shafts are secured in chuck with simple throw of lever, no external tools are required for tightening.

Solid state transistorized feedback circuitry maintains speed under varying load. Unique double pass air cooling design of micromotor permits continuous operation without overheating. 3/32"; diameter shafts.

Osada Electric Handpiece Systems and related accessory units are warranted to the original purchaser for defects in materials and workmanship for periods of one year for the Power Control Unit and Foot Controller, and six months for the Handpiece, Micromotor and Motorcord. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Osada Inc. will repair or replace the products. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

System Includes: SH-28S handpiece (6 month warranty), micromotor, power control unit (1 year warranty), variable speed foot control, and spray oil. Bur change is made easy by a lever on the handpiece. Speed can be controlled by the variable speed foot switch, or a constant speed can be selected from the console.

Model XL-30W provides RPM from 1,500 through 30,000 and is suitable for Dermabrasion and nail plate modeling.

Sculpture FibreKor Jeneric pentron Curing Unit

This is a heat and vacuum curing unit. There is no vacuum pump with this. The curing unit is serial number CCU-D000997, rated for 100-120 volts AC single phase input, 50/60 hertz, 3.14 amps total at 120 volts AC 60 hertz (see nameplate picture for other amp ratings at comparable voltages).

You need to provide your own vacuum pump and flexible vacuum hose for running the unit on your own. The power cord from you for the vacuum pump needs to be connected to the horizontal style receptacle on the back of the curing unit.

The curing unit here is in fine condition, working fine, fully checked out in our lab. The curing unit has a 68 inches long removable AC power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end. The curing unit is 6-1/4 inches in maximum width with the curing chamber door open 8 inches wide maximum with the curing chamber door open fully by 8 inches tall including lifting handle by 11-1/4 inches in depth including hose and cord ends with the chamber door closed 14 inches in depth overall to allow the door to fully open.

The unit has an on/off rocker switch on the top front for turning the unit on/off. The curing chamber door has a rotary latching and tightening of the door type switch on it. The unit has lighted pilot lamps for vacuum, cycle, and heating. There is no original box or manual with this unit.
